Brunch Spot

IMG_1842

EGGS & CO
11 rue Bernard Palissy, 75006 Paris

If you love eggs, this is the perfect brunch spot for you! I randomly found this restaurant and what a great find! Friendly staff, good food and pretty/cozy interior. Brunch is around 25€ and includes orange juice, coffee/tea/chocolate, eggs of your choice with potatoes and salad on the side and a large pancake with a small fruit salad. Trust me, that’s a lot of food! I personally had the Norvegian which is eggs benedict with salmon and it was delicious. I will definitely be back! However, this place is pretty tiny so I recommend arriving early or make a reservation if you are more than 2 people. Let me know what you think if you eat there ;)

What would you like for breakfast?

Do you like to eat light and healthy in the morning or do you rather eat a lot and maybe skip lunch?
I personally do not eat at all in the morning. The problem is that eating at 7am is way too early for my stomach so I’d rather not eat at all. However, on weekends, I loooove to sleep in and have a good breakfast around 11ish! :) (I’m a bacon & eggs addict!)

Have a great weekend! xx

My self-made american breakfast

This morning I woke up wanting a good american breakfast. I was in the mood for anything involving pancakes, eggs and bacon! Oh wait.., I’m currently in Paris and my favorite brunch spots are a thousand miles away..

I was really craving it so I decided to cook something my way anyway.. even if it wasn’t so american after all! ;p

I boiled an egg (3min!), toasted some fresh bread, spread some butter on it and voila! It was delish! xx
